vCard address book export should be done at least in vCard 3.0 files, instead of 2.1

Steps to reproduce:

I exported my address book and got a vCard 2.1 .vcf file. Then I wanted to import it in my NextCloud account, so that I could sync my Thunderbird contacts between multiple devices through NextCloud thanks to CardBook add-on.

Actual results:

NextCloud requires vCard 3.0 or 4.0 .vcf files to import contacts. So I couldn't import them.

Expected results:

It would be great that apps that manage contacts should follow standards of widespread-use and valuable apps like NextCloud. So Thunderbird should be able to export address book in at least vCard 3.0 files.
