Reproducible: always

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Show Address bar suggestion dropdown
  2. Click(left/middle(other than Tabbar)/right mouse button) empty area of toolbar(Menubar, Tabbar, Navbar and Findbar)

Actual Results:
The dropdown would not hide.
Most worst case, 1. Show Address bar suggestion dropdown, 2. Right click on empty area of toolbar, 3. Enable Menubar. Then the dropdown covers Address bar.

Expected Results:
The dropdown should be hide immediately like other dropdown such as Searcbar, Main menu etc...

I managed to reproduce the bug following the STR provided in the first comment using Fx 70.0a1 (2019-07-26) on Win 10 x64.
I can confirm that the issue is fixed in Fx 70.0b7 on Win 10 x64.
