157306 - Lower scrollbar arrow doesn't work on pop-up window with hidden status bar

Surf to: http://enterprise.yahoo.com/portal/

Click on "Play Video" link on the left side of the page about 1/2 way down.

Yahoo! Media Helper window should pop up. All of the content does not fit 
in the window, and the lower scrollbar arrow doesn't work. In order to 
scroll down, user must hold the scrollbar and drag it down.

Note: Try holding the lower scrollbar arrow and resizing the window ... it 
lets me resize. Is this another bug? :)

yeah, this has to do with the popup hiding the status bar. i still can't figure
out why this isn't working.

not urgent, and will require us to open a different kind of window since you
can't make cocoa windows not respond to the resizer once you have created the
window. workaround for now is to use the thumb.

Can someone find/create a testcase for this? The one in bug 188643 (which was
duped to this) works for me.

This is because we haven't really implemented status bar hiding correctly.

By default, we disallow the hiding of the status bar; I had to add
  user_pref("dom.disable_window_open_feature.status", false);
to my prefs.js to test this bug.

Moving to 1.1 since most users won't see this.
