Steps to reproduce:

I run from command line a .BAT script as follows:

"C:\PROGRAMMI\MOZILLA THUNDERBIRD\THUNDERBIRD" -COMPOSE "from=info@friendinformatica.net,to=ramicodi@libero.it,subject='OFFERTA 1386 del 02/09/19',message=F:\UTIL\FRMAIL01\OFFERTA.TXT,attachment=C:\OFFERTE\OFFERTA_1386.PDF"

Actual results:

It worked fine in July, with older version of Thunderbird, now the mail form appears completely blank
I discovered that removing "attachment" parameter from the command line others parameters works, but user have to select manually the file to attach

Expected results:

The mail schould appear with desired file already attached, ready for the user to click "send"

Was the older version of Thunderbird 60.8 or earlier?
