Steps to reproduce:
Options > Advanced > Network & Disk Space > Connection > Settings
Actual results:
Pane that pops up does not show all options in the pane. For example "Enable DNS over HTTPS". There is no scrollbar but instead one of those expansion divets in the lower right hand corner.
Expected results:
Show me scrollbars because I can't make the pane any longer. Also I don't think users are going to know what that is and realize that options are hidden. In my opinion that expansion divet is bad UI for a popup pane.
