1582120 - test_autofocus_js.html fails with fission enabled

The tests run but synthesizeKey is sending the event to the wrong child frame. Could be a focus issue. It works if I focus then press the expected keys manually.

Change the test file to use HTTPS and the frame to be same-origin so the frame loads in the same process as the test.

test_autocomplete_https_upgrade.html is much more complicated since the test harness doesn't support an http origin without a non-standard port so I moved that to its own bug: bug 1588091

Retroactively moving fixed bugs whose summaries mention "Fission" (or other Fission-related keywords) but are not assigned to a Fission Milestone to an appropriate Fission Milestone.

This will generate a lot of bugmail, so you can filter your bugmail for the following UUID and delete them en masse:
