On some pages, even if you click on the refresh button, the page display will not come back. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to any website say www.mozilla.org 2. Collapse the Navigation toolbar 3. Collapse the Pesonal toolbar 4. Expand the Navigation toolbar Page should now go blank 5. Click on refresh. Page will not reappear.

Sorry about that. I should have added that information. I first saw the issue when I was using a 3rd pary theme ( Orbit 3+1 1.0rc3 0.03) I thought it was a problem with the theme so I switched to Classic but I was still having the same problem. That's when I filed the bug report.
I strongly beleive it's dupe of bug 157487. Please verify?
It might be a related to that bug but I don't think it is a duplicate. That bug deals with redrawing of about:blank when you open a new browser window. This bug deals with redrawing the current docuemnt after you expand collasped toolbars.
dup of bug 157700 (wich is a bug of bug 157322) ? It happens also on Linux, tested with 20020719 & 18 .. (clean installation / profile)

I got exactly the same JS Error like in comment #17 (bug 150749) Try this: - Open mozilla - Surf to a page (..maybe you want to follow a link on the page..) - Collapse Toolbar / uncollapse it -> JS error and blank page Throbber is also death and shortcuts are deactivated: you'll have to press 2 times CTRL+T for a new tab
