Details

Double-clicking titlebar doesn't minimize browser windows. It works in other applications, so it's not an OS-wide pref that got flipped. It used to work, though I haven't done a bisection yet to see when it changed.

macOS 10.14.6. Nightly 2019-09-04.

Is this fixed for you now? Bug 1577587 landed on Sept 10 (three days after you reported this bug), and I'm wondering whether it had any effect. It clearly didn't have an effect for fiveNinePlusR.
