Details
In bug 1565998 we added support for clearing cookies set by local files. We should go over the data providers listed in the ClearDataService and evaluate (a) if local files can leave any data through those (not always possible, e.g. HSTS records and cert exceptions don't apply - there may be others) and (b) if so, add support for deleting that data.
