code coverage automation on Phabricator reports that there is zero test coverage for netwerk/protocol/http/QuicSocketControl.cpp. Should it have some tests?

This is for quic, which hasn't been fully implemented yet. Presumably there will be tests for that which will provide coverage here.

Yes, when quic is added, I will add tests as well. I need to fix 2 issues with building firefox with a test server.
