[Environment:]
Windows 7 x64, Windows 7 x32

Firefox 69.0.2 20191001234643

[Steps:]

  1. Windows 7 / Open IE
  2. Save some credentials (i saved a few on imgur.com/signin)
  3. Close IE.
  4. Open Firefox.
  5. Access about:logins
  6. Click on the "..." button from the top right of the page and select the "Import Passwords" option.
  7. Follow the "Import" wizard, selecting the passwords section.
[Actual Result:]

Nothing is imported.

[Expected Result:]

Credentials from IE should be exported.

[Note:]
  1. On win10, import from IE, works - (win10) 11.775.17763.0
  2. browser console logs for both 70b and 69 - https://pastebin.com/biSzbLBC
  3. I guess this worked at some point on windows 7 aswell, then it got broken, I will come back with a regression range.
