"cf_data_science_psa is not a valid parameter" message displayed when saving a new bug.

:dkl disabled the "cf_data_science_psa" field and bugs can be saved now.

This is related to an issue using custom fields instead of tracking flags to create fields which can take on one of a set of values.

Solution is to create the new field as a program flag.
