Steps to reproduce:

put windows 10 in high contrast n°1 (wih black backgrounf)

Actual results:

the 3 cases for close, change size or reduce/lower thunderbird are invisible because black on black.

I can duplicate this using the High Contrast #1, High Contrast #2 and High Contrast Black Windows themes, with 'Show Title Bar' disabled in Customize using Thunderbird 68.1.2 on Windows 10.

They all appear in each theme with 'Show Title Bar' enabled.

We haven't applied bug 1560476 to ESR. :-( So this one is now for ESR only.

Let's move the patch over there or simply request uplift. I prefer not to manage "68 only" bugs if it can be avoided.
