We should expand the black list from bug 1548410 to cover newer driver versions as these contain similar issues.

I've noticed green frame issues looking at the following bugs:

More severe is that we're still able to BSOD on the new driver as in bug 1525563.

Recent Qualcom drivers are exhibiting the same issues as seen in previous
versions when decoding video. Notably:

  • Crashes.
  • Green frames.

This patch expands our black list to avoid these problems.
