Hey Mike,

We did modify the menu for skyline but no changes were made to the height calculation. This bug might be a dup of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1572922. When I tried to replicate that bug I was not able too, it was using custom linux themes. I can try to take a look at this one since it doesn't look like this bug is using any themes.

I can also reproduce a similar issue on macOS by changing the text scaling to use text as large as possible, and then moving the Firefox window down so the available space for the hamburger menu is reduced. We end up squashing the account icon and the status text ends up overlapping with the separator, as in the screenshot here.
