User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0
Steps to reproduce:
Select a contact from address book
Select text from the contact panel (such as the email)
Right-click
Actual results:
No menu to copy the text selected
Expected results:
It should be possible to copy the text.
The add-on "Select Addressbook Text" fixed this bug, but TB68 broke it: http://select-address-book.blogspot.com/
The add-on hasn't been updated in many years, it is unlikely to be fixed. Fixing this should not need an add-on.

It is true that there is no context menu to operate on selected text. But the capability to copy using keyboard shortcuts is provided in version 60 and 68 without an addon since fixing Bug 96968 - Card preview pane contents can't be selected for copy to clipboard

I found also that since the text can now be selected, it is automatically copied in Linux (yay for Linux!).

bug 96968 implemented selection, but no context menu is provided,
So capability to copy is not exposed in the UI, which is an accessibility issue?

We have the copyPopup menupopup already used by various elements, so it can potentially be implemented everywhere.
My plate is full so I'm gonna put this as a backlog for now, we can get to it later.

102.15: The text can be copied now with Ctrl+C. There is no context menu but I honestly do not mind (sorry keyboard challenged people). There are far more important bugs in TB (bug 1843839)
