Steps to reproduce:

I have lots of message filters, some of them with very many entries.

Actual results:

Editing them is extremely slow, with very long delays while it "thinks". For example, I double click on a filter name to add/remove an entry and it takes forever for the filter list to open.

Expected results:

Editing should be very snappy, even with lots of filters and filters with lots of entries.
