Filing this for some upcoming MSU capstone student work that we hope to do this semester.

You can bring up a wizard by going to File > Import from Another Browser.

This might have the same issue that Mossop mentioned about bug 1608165 as this dialog can appear before a profile is selected using --migration (the migrator uses ProfDS, not ProfD) though maybe it still runs after profile-before-change. I would recommend checking that before students are assigned.

There is already a bug on file (bug 1518234), and with a start of a patch (no clue how bad, for sure it's old).
