As part of a Capstone project at MSU, a number of students will be working to convert more of the strings in Firefox from .dtd and .properties to Fluent.

Is there a PI request for this FTL conversion work? I don't see one on Jira. There have been many regressions (including security bugs with advisories) caused by Fluent conversions so I think there should be one. I don't see any reason for this project to be exempt from them.
