Some tests are no longer manual in wpt after using web-driver. We could remove them from mochitest once we could pass the wpt one.

Currently, Gecko-driver doesn't support touch, per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1543337.
We also wrap some touch test to mochitest, like the tests added in bug 1556703. We need to clean up them as well once we could pass them in wpt.
