Scroll bars disappearing, other basic usability issues. Please investigate what these are and list issues in this bug. We'll then create a prioritized list. (I couldn't find an existing bug on this.)

Setting TM to Future. Ian, Is there any progress on this? Can someone on Mac get to this?
Target Milestone: mozilla1.2alpha → Future
mass reassign of all of Ian Oeschger's bugs to me (R.J. Keller).
Assignee: oeschger → rlk
Can anyone still reproduce this?
Having just closed bug 135342, I'm adding bug 21296 (its root cause), which you're not going to get rid of easily. Unless you add a menu to the Help window :)
Depends on: 21296
Danm: I'm not sure how big of an issue this is. If there are scroll bars disappearing, then that doesn't sound like something that would be related to the menubar. I personally am not in support for having a menubar in Help because I don't believe that there is enough functionality in Help to fill it up. Should this be WONTFIX or WORKSFORME?
It's a metabug; a project tracking device. It's useful only as long as someone is concerned about the goal it lays down. R.J., if you're the Official Help Guy and don't find this bug useful, I recommend threatening to close it (as you did 10 days ago) and if no one objects, by all means, close it. This comment could serve as second warning. robinf? You still there?
OK, I will close it then. robinf is not there. robinf@netscape.com, rudman@netscape.com, and oeschger@netscape.com are all of the people who had all of their bugs reassigned to me (except for rudman's doc: web dev bugs).
