Possible to uplift this to version 68, to avoid issues like:

  • Bug 1271055 - turn off gloda if sqlite is not usable
  • Bug 1347008 - startup crash in libsqlite3.so.0.8.6@0xfc07 when trackerbird enabled in linux
  • Bug 1254510 - startup crash in libsqlite3.so.0.8.6@0x102c9 [fedora]. sqlite mismatch
  • Bug 1426632 - Global Search Messages no longer works because of sqlite dependency with linux. Blanks search results and TypeError: nounDef is undefined
  • Bug 1559857 - Thunderbird 68b1 infinite loop (100% cpu usage) and hanging on startup
  • Bug 1610460 - Thunderbird immediately segfaults (arch linux, self built)
