Looks like I broke it when changing the manager regexp, but it seems there are other problems too. I wish we could do automated tests on this thing.

Since we're now checking a different pref, we should migrate the setting from the old pref somehow or people will find the OS X address book re-enabled. Reopening to remind me to fix this.
