Scope of this bug is to
a) Add <main> tag to fix accessibility 'should have landmark' error
b) Set pref "trailhead.firstrun.didSeeAboutWelcome" to true on view of simplified about:welcome
c) Update css bundle file after removing min-height

I have verified that the "trailhead.firstrun.didSeeAboutWelcome" pref is set to "true" in the "about:config" page, after the simplified "about:welcome" page was displayed. Also, using the "Inspect Element" tool I have verified that the "<main>" tag was added.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (75.0a1 Build ID - 20200309091841) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.2, and Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
