With the possibility to theme the message headers and the attachment pane, the Quick filter bar needs also this ability.

This moves the code out of the compactheme.css to make it applyable by third party themes that set the sidebar colours.

Sorry, I can't review this as there's a merging conflict with the mailWindow1.css file.
Ping me again once you rebase it, and if you can, I think we can remove the "too" at the end of the commit message.
