Details

We've added ckb as new localization, and it's in Arabic script.

We should make sure it's recognized as an RTL locale.

Sorry, I filed another bug since I saw no references in Matrix (turns out I saw only the original question in the wrong channel).

I'm going to dupe it against mine, just because it has a bit more info.
