Can't claim to have any deeper understanding, so we might have to clean up later.

In general, those lists should be kept in alphabetical order.

The bug mentioned in the commit message should've been bug 1616692, not 1557741, in case anybody is confused.

Rob, please have a look if there's more to do here - which I suspect.
Looks like building OTR broke too. Not sure if it's due to this though.
