Lingering indicator
shorlander noted that, at least on macOS, he saw a case where the indicator stayed on screen after reloading the page that he was sharing his screen, camera and mic on.
The indicator looked like the attachment.
I can't seem to reproduce this, myself, but wanted to get it on file.

shorlander says he has STR:
- Start screen share
- Minimize the indicator
- Reload website
- Unminimize the indicator

This might be Bug 1636496 and/or Bug 1638171. Do you think this is a regression?

Considering that this is sharing much of the same window handling logic, I suspect they're the same thing.
