Details
Once the work for Normandy is done (bug 1628112), we need to re-verify our changes to handle search engine additions and updates (bug 1631898) work correctly.
We should run through the various scenarios mentioned in the documentation (see bug 1631951) and check if they work correctly, and file & fix issues for anything remaining.

With the work for search-config-v2 rolling out, we will no longer depend on the add-on manager supplying built-in / application provided add-ons, hence this is now a wontfix.
