1642002 - Thunderbird Crashes after Update/Install

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:77.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/77.0

Steps to reproduce:

This applies to bug bp-1ed830af-59be-433f-8365-4a0360200529.

1. Thunderbird automatically updates from 77.0a1 (77.0.0.7419) to 78.0a1 (5/25/2020 build).
2. Exit program.
3. Upon reopening the program, the crash window appears.
4. If I reinstall version 77.0a1, the program will open normally, but later on the crash will happen again.

Actual results:

Crash window appears when trying to reopen the program.

Expected results:

Program should have opened normally.

This is fixed in the 05-29 build by Bug 1641427 - startup Crash in [@ mozilla::SandboxBroker::LaunchApp]
You'll need to download a new install

Unfortunately, although I was able to install and run the thunderbird 05-29 build, the program is crashing again once I close and open again, so this hasn't been fixed.

New bug number is Crash ID: bp-bdbbf9ba-c6e4-406f-ade0-a093d0200601.
