Last couple of days I've been finding twitter scrolling to be really bad.

I collected these profiles while scrolling this tweet thread

Original Profile: https://perfht.ml/2Ar58sT
Safe Mode Profile: https://share.firefox.dev/2MfhMxU (this took a really long time to upload)
Profile with APZ zoom disabled: https://share.firefox.dev/36RW3Fv (The only about:config pref I remember changing recently. I will note, this feels a bit better. )

Platform: OS/X, WebRender disabled,

I’ve put this bug into graphics because the profiles make it looks like a graphics issue, but this is definitely just a guess.

attached is about:support

Ok, re-testing one more time, it's notably worse with desktop zoom enabled, and when I tried to profile it with desktop zoom enabled firefox totally hung

Are you still able to reproduce this problem? I tried with both recent nightly and the 2020-06-01 nightly, WR disabled and desktop zoom enabled but wasn't seeing any issues. I used the URL https://twitter.com/nycsouthpaw/status/1286139800794341376 since the one you linked in comment 0 gave me a "page doesn't exist" error.

Flags: needinfo?(mgaudet)

Nope. I can't reproduce either.
