Staged Rollout: activity-stream story collection dismiss pref

We have finished testing the [PI-643] Staged Rollout: activity-stream story collection dismiss pref rollout on Release 77.
There was only one concern regarding what Firefox versions need to be tested. Initially, we thought that this will be a staged rollout that will live for multiple Releases, but after reading more on the Experimenter ticket, we understood that we are rolling out this today on all channels. Hopefully, we got it right.
Quality status: GREEN-SHIP IT
Why is this experiment green?
- No new issues were found during testing, only one known issue Bug 1642082 but it is not specific to the rollout in test.
Testing Summary:
- Full Functional test suite: TestRail
- Verified the enroll/unenroll scenarios using a Normandy Stage server recipe.
Tested Platforms:
- Windows 10 x64
- macOS 10.15
- Ubuntu 18.04 x64
Tested browser versions:
- Firefox 76.0.1 en-US
- Firefox 77 RC en-US
- Firefox Beta 78.0b1 en-US
- Firefox Nightly 79.0a1 en-US
