-pinch zoom on desktop
-click on the scrollbar to drag it
-the scrollbar jumps to a different location and scrolling feels out of sync

I can see this behavior also on Mac OS X 10.15. Moreover, when clicking on the horizontal scroll bar to drag it, a flicker is noticed (this is not reproducible on the vertical scroll bar).

This issue isn't reproducible anymore, we tried on Windows 10 ARM, Windows 10 Surface Pro Touchscreen, Dell laptop with Windows 10, MacOS 10.15 on Firefox Nightly 83.0a1.
Should we close this bug as verified?

Yes, I believe this was fixed by bug 1657822.
