[NOTE: The page in question is in Spanish].
In the middle section, where it says "Banca de Personas" (Retail Banking), there
is an animated blue bitmap button that says "acceso a sus cuentas, Citibank
online", "el Banco en su casa". If you click this button, a new window under
HTTPS opens up. Under IE, this window allows you to log in. Under mozilla (both
1.0 and 1.1), the page is simply blank.

The following error appears on the JavaScript console:
Error: document.layers has no properties
Source File: https://stcds02.cd-cl.citibank.com/Pers/Spanish_
(Chile)/Redirect.htm?LANG=34&LANGNAME=Spanish_(Chile)&DEVICEMODE=HTMLGPH&SRCT=10
Line: 123
The page is assuming support for document.layers.
-> evang
Note: This is the same problem as for citibank.de (bug 85424). Leaving open
because evang may need to work on the two sites separately.

I just tested this with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; es-ES;
rv:1.4.1) Gecko/20030906 and it appears to work now. I had to change the
preferences to allow pop-up windows, but the logon screen appears and allows me
to enter data.
Of course, since I do not have an account with that bank, the only result is a
message saying something to the effect that "Sorry, you have entered unkown
information"
I then dis-allowed popups, but put citibank.com in the list of sites which
allowed popups, and it works as well.

With Firefox 0.8, I enabled pop-ups for citibank.com and everything seems to
work now. This will allow me to FINALLY dump IE. Yipee!
It seems citibank.com works for all of the country-specific finance sites (such
as citibank.cl in my case, Chile).
