1. Go to the above web page and select "CitiDirect" Internet Banking
Link from the left panel.
2. Once you are on CitiDirect Page, clcik on the login in
button in the middle of the page.
Result: The page is nto displayed. Also the separate login widnow does
not come up.
Expected: The page is loaded and a separate window opens for
login.
aruner is working with Citibank-US. I wonder if the problem here is
the same as his US site problem.

I also get this problem on both Win 2000 and Mac Fizzilla builds under Mac OS
9.1, on the site https://www4.usbank.com/cgi/jsp/onlineexpress/logon/jsp. This
is only on the 0.9.4 builds, not the 0.9.3 builds

Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020111
on Windows 2000
Go to this page:
http://www.bathspa.ac.uk/staff/
Select a link with a red asterisk alongside it - these are password protected -
and things go wrong.
What happens:
Mozilla drops through to a 'You do not have permission to view this directory or
page using the credentials you supplied.' page.
What should happen:
Up should pop a 'User name and password' dialogue box - this used to work and I
think broke for 0.9.6 or 7.
Apologies if this is a different bug.

Using all recent builds up to 0.9.9 under Linux, I have seen a similar problem
with both the French http://www.citibank.fr/ and English
http://www.citibank.com/uk/ sites. The logon page which comprises a large amount
of javascript is loaded, but the window in which a display is expected remains
blank.
Several of Citibank's international sites exhibit the same problem. Should they
each be posted separately, or collected in one bug?
I can't read Japanese, so I tried the UK login page:
Error: ie is not defined
Source File: http://www.citibank.com/uk/left_nav.js
Line: 176
Error: document.layers has no properties
Source File:
https://cukehb4.cd.citibank.co.uk/Pers/English_(United_Kingdom)/Redirect.htm?LANG=1&LANGNAME=English_(United_Kingdom)&DEVICEMODE=HTMLGPH&SRCT=10
Line: 123
Problems with any non-Citibank web sites mentioned in comments here should be
submitted as separate bugs.

Tryin to login to Citibank USA, at --
http://home.da-us.citibank.com/da/signin/index.htm
One gets a blank main frame (with a menu on the left-side frame)
One also gets a complaint about "Mozilla/5.0" not supported.......
""We have detected that you are using unsupported browser 5
which is not compatible with Direct Access""

Katsuhiko-san, is this still a problem? I can get to
http://www.citidirect.citibank.co.jp/CitibankHomePage/welcome_en.htm
just fine with Firefox 2. I don't have an account, so I can't log in to test that, but the page definitely isn't blank.
I can't reproduce comment 4 or comment 5 on the UK site; I can't find any login links on the French site at all.
Comment 6 is bug 319869.
Comment 9 is probably not a bug in Firefox at all but rather a misconfiguration on the part of the commenter.
If the Japanese site works now, it's safe to call this FIXED. If there are outstanding issues with other Citi sites, please open *new* TE bugs for them.
