QUIC handshake time will be compared to the TCP connection establishment time and TLS handshake time.

The probe will be collected separately for HTTP3 and HTTP2. Probes will be collected only for servers that advertise HTTP3. In this way we will measure:

  • For the users that have enabled HTTP3 we will measure performance of HTTP3
  • For the users that have disabled HTTP3 we will measure performance of HTTP2 only to sites and connections that have advertised HTTP3.
