1660665 - Tab modal print UI should close after clicking "print using system dialog"

Currently, the tab modal print UI remains open after you click "Print using the system dialog." After clicking, it should close immediately, with just the system dialog available instead.

Reproduced the initial issue using old Nightly (2020-08-22), verified that after accessing Print using the system dialog... the preview UI is closed in Firefox 82.0b3 across platforms (Windows 10 64bit, macOS 10.15.7 and Ubuntu 18.04).
