If you cannot reproduce this and provide steps then it probably isn't helpful

The only steps I can think of was that I was renaming a bunch of email directories. At one point, I lost some emails, which I guess was some sort of syncing error. I guess the program lets you do things, but finishes them after. This isn't good if it does not indeed finish them. I'd rather wait and have it do what I asked then and there. After some time, I got this crash. I'm just the reporter here. If it "isn't helpful", that is not my fault. I didn't crash it. Don't shoot the messenger.

Both Thunderbird and Firefox crashes are somewhat on the decline https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/signature/?signature=shutdownhang%20%7C%20NtClose&date=%3E%3D2021-02-19T22%3A49%3A00.000Z&date=%3C2021-05-19T22%3A49%3A00.000Z#graphs
Unfortunately I don't think this report is actionable as is.
