You often can't move a link from one folder to another. 2. You can't place links that you want in a root directory. 3. The alpha sort, say by name, that you have in the "manage" window winds up as a random sort on the bookmarks drop-down. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Expected Results: I should be able to place bookmarks where I want them and when I close the "manage" window, the bookmarks on the dropdown menu should be exactly where they were in the "manage" window.
