Steps to reproduce:

Upgraded to TB 78

Actual results:

After upgrade, customizations to the toolbar in the message pane are lost. It seems there is no way to customize it now.

Expected results:

Functionality should not be taken away like this. In my case, not being able to remove the "Reply" and pressing it instead of "Reply All" is a costly mistake as I use TB for business.
