167986 - Need large icons for the Options menu

Galeon2 uses nice and big images in its pref menu (see URI). It's a lot more
user-friendly than the pref menu in Phoenix: users have a big icon with the name
of the section, and they have a bigger area where to click (and it makes the
menu less sad & gray, too).
It would be nice to have something like that in Phoenix, IMHO.

Ok, these are still not very "finished". Images for General, Connection
missing. Privacy and maybe some other need to be changed.

Arvid, are these the images that kerz (or someone else) should land or do you
have newer versions? (I'll create a "default Phoenix skin" component for you
soon which should help us track skin issues easier).
