The top/bottom/left/right margins sizes are stored as inches, and we currently expose that to the user in the tab-modal print UI when they select "custom margins".

We should offer cm/mm here. And possibly pt.

I'm not sure if there's a useful way to infer what that default should be. Imperial units are mostly exclusive to north america, but some countries with close commercial and historical ties with N. America might also habitually use inches here. If we can't make an educated guess, we may need to just give the user a way to chose.
