Steps to reproduce:

Hi
In one department in our company, people had created huge filter (in TB 6x.x) for incoming email like: [e-mail] OR [e-mail] OR ...... (250 "OR"s) then move message to folder "X" and it works.

After update to 78.x (78.6) they are able to open filter editor but unable to edit this huge filter, because Thunderbird hangs (not responding), then recovery for second, then hangs and so on... (+ high CPU usage by TB)

To reproduce:

1. create one big filter (250 items), for example:
   from [e-mail] OR #1st
   from [e-mail] OR #2nd
   ..
   from [e-mail] #250th
   then: move message to folder blablabla
   close filter editor.

Open filter editor and try edit this huge filter

Actual results:

Thunderbird hangs (not responding), then recovery for second, then hangs and so on... + high CPU usage

Expected results:

should works like 68.x (hang for few seconds, then allow to view/edit filter)

I forgot to metion, that no all rules are (from,is,[e-mail]), but most of them are (from,contains,[e-mail])
