Steps to reproduce:

I have several Message Filters. Some are quite large and have many rules. I go to Tools->Message Filters. Then in the Message Filters window, select one filter and click on Edit.

This is on Windows 10, Thunderbird v78.6.0, portable version.

Actual results:

The Edit Filter window takes several minutes before it opens. Sometimes it doesn't open at all and Thunderbird just hangs.

Expected results:

This was working well in a previous release. I don't remember the exact version but it was probably a year ago. Then when I upgraded this problem suddenly appeared.
