From our telemetry, we've seen various instances where users have application search engines defined using the older OpenSearch definition but that engine has been removed.

We've also seen cases where a user should have been upgraded to an application defined WebExtension, but that hasn't happened.

We want to move these users onto supported definitions/WebExtensions, so that if parameters/urls/details change in the future, then they also get the correct updates.

I believe all the work we wanted to do here is done now. If there's other things we find, we'll open new bugs for them.
