Input fields with the readonly attribute used to have a transparent background.
Something from m-c must have changed as all these fields now come with the forced background and focus ring.

They also don't expand anymore to 100% in those sections where we styled them that way. Specifically the whole OpenPGP section in the Account Settings looks a bit broken.

My bad. I removed the rule in bug 1684423 thinking it was only used in the SMTP area.
