With the menu restyle from bug 1682522 in place and when running a dark theme, dropdown boxes in about:preferences appear to be using the correct text and highlight colors, but a white background, so the text is not readable.
They're also not handling the drop shadow and its padding correctly; the padding gets the correct background color and the border around it, instead of the actual content.
