  • On any login form (i.e. a form with a type="password" field), right-click/option+click to open the context menu

ER:
The menu has a top-level "Manage Logins..." item

AR:
Currently, this item is under the "Fill logins" submen and labelled "View Saved Logins"

The context menu for a username or password field has a "Fill login" submenu which lists any matching saved logins, and a "View Saved Logins" item at the bottom which opens about:logins. We want to move that "View Saved Login" item to the top-level and use a new "Manage Logins..." string.

Verified that "View Saved Logins" is indeed changed to "Manage Logins" and its functionality works as expected on latest Nightly 88.0a1 across platforms (Windows 10, macOS 11.3 and Ubuntu 18.04).
