Tooltips are misplaced after Bug 1665390, see the attached image. Tested on latest nightly, Fedora 33, HiDPI screen.

Is there something unique about the tab in your screenshot? With the "Close tab" tooltip on my machine I still have the URL of the tab in the tooltip.

Oh, I see you don't have the Proton tabs enabled. I'll look in to this.

It is affected not only tab's tooltip but also bookmarks' and histoty's tooltip with/without proton.

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 88.0a1 (20210301220015) on Windows 10x64.
Verified fixed with Firefox 88.0b9 on Windows 10x64, macOS 11.2 and Ubuntu 20.04. The tooltip is properly displayed.
