My work flow when interacting with moz-phab and phabricator UI is

  1. Upload a revision without "r?somebody" appending at the commit title, say the title is "Bug XXX - My commit title." (because the patch may not ready yet, I don't want to notify the reviewers)
  2. Adding reviewer in the phabricator UI when the patch is ready.
  3. Address review comments and upload via moz-phab.

After bug 1610403, it seems step 3 can change the revision into WIP status and adding "Planned Changed" if the commit title doesn't contain reviewer's name.

Is there a way to tell moz-phab not to change the revision's status to WIP with the original commit title? I'd love to avoid change the commit title unless its necessary because changing title generates extra message in bugzilla.

Summary: Upload a revision without a reviewer specified in the commit tile can change the status to WIP → Uploading a revision without a reviewer specified in the commit title can change the status to WIP
